There Are Several Ways You Can Purchase Our Products:
Our Website Server
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this is the fastest way to get your order to us.
The books, tools and other resources featured in our bookstore can be purchased online with a credit or debit card and delivered direct to your door via our ordering system.
As you browse our product pages and see an item you would like to purchase, click the
blue "Add to cart" button below the product and adjust the item quantity
desired.
You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it.
After you put an item in your cart, you can choose to place the order or you can continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button.
You can also remove any item from your shopping cart at any
time and see what is in your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the cart contents in the top right hand corner of the page.
When you have finished shopping, review the items in your shopping cart, make any necessary changes, and click on the "Check Out" button to proceed to the next option to choose payment by Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) or Money Order.
If you have not purchased from this bookstore before, you will be asked to register your details for order
processing and to protect your information. If you are already a registered user, you may use your existing username and password to continue with the transaction.
After completing your order wildflowerswv.com will send you an order confirmation via e-mail.
This lets you know the order was placed, but your credit card was not charged. We will then download & process the order at our store. If you do not receive an email from us within a few minutes let us know and we will see if it went through for you.
If you are experiencing problems adding items to your cart or having the pages load, it
may be due to a temporary server problem. Please try again later.
Wildflowerswv.com requires that you have your session
cookies enabled in order to add products to your shopping cart for it to remember what you are ordering as you continue to browse our store. Otherwise they may not show up or drop out of the cart system.
Another possible reason is that you are browsing behind a "firewall". Numerous work places will have firewalls set in place, which makes things such as secure shopping not possible on their network.
If you cannot get your order to go through, we can take your order over the
phone and one of our people will gladly take your order.

Processing And Delivery Times
Packages are sent by United States Postal Service mail with Wildflowers Unique Books & Gifts on the return label. Packages over 4 pounds may be shipped differently.
At present, we only process orders with USPS deliveries in the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. Orders outside of these areas will
be declined.
We strive to pack and ship all packages from Wildflowers within two business days (Tuesday - Friday excluding weekends, emergencies & holidays).
If we are out of stock at the time of your order the time for your package to mail out is normally 2 to 7 business days. All products listed on our website are assumed to still be available from the suppliers. If they should be out of stock we reserve the right to remove product from your order.
Shipping/Handling is $4.95 per order.
The time of arrival will depend on how far you are located from WV.
Normal shipping time is about 3 to 5 mailing days after package is mailed.

The shipping & billing information on the online order form must be the same as the cardholders address. To better serve and protect against fraudulent use of credit cards the name and address verification information we acquire from our credit card processor must match exactly the information given to us on the order form. Orders not containing
the correct information will be declined.
Exchanges and Returns
If a problem arises with an order within 30 days and it is determined to be the fault of Wildflowers, we will do all we can to correct the situation fairly for you.
Any other returns, exchanges, refunds, will need to be in an unopened and saleable condition and authorized by Wildflowers.
Please enclose either a copy of the paper invoice enclosed with the delivery, or a printout of the online receipt you were sent by email. The package should be securely wrapped and sent to:
